PharmaCept takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this data protection declaration.

As a rule, our website can be used without providing personal data. If personal data (e.g. name, address or e‑mail address) is collected on our website, this is always done on a voluntary basis. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.

  • You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data by us.

Whether and to what extent these rights exist in individual cases and which conditions apply is determined by the law, i.e. by the DSGVO and the BDSG. We have activated the IP anonymisation function on this website. 5 – DocCheck

Trade visitors to our website (doctors, pharmacists and members of certain other health care professions) can access closed areas of our online offering if they have previously registered accordingly. This registration is done via DocCheck. With the password that you receive, you gain access to the closed areas of our website.

6 – Right to information, deletion, blocking

You have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, their origin and recipient and the purpose of data processing as well as a right to correction, blocking or deletion of this data. If you contact us via our contact form, we save your entries (surname, first name, email address and the text of your request) to process your request.
